The opportunity

You'll be responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting restaurant managers /owners globally. We start the on-boarding work the moment a restaurant decides they want to use our online ordering platform, sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product.

You are ultimately responsible to make the restaurant successful by analysing their profile and online evolution, in order to follow up on them with recommendations and various actions, initiatives or upgrades to relevant paid services.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), comfortable with live customer calls
  • Good Knowledge of computer operations
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical skills needed to identify restaurant’s business major pain points
  • Ability to “read the room” and quickly adjust the recommended action set in a chat or live call

Responsibilities:

Communicate efficiently and effectively with our restaurant members. We rely on a live chat tool to do most of our inbound support requests. You'll also be calling existing customers on the phone (no cold calling).

Become an encyclopedia of knowledge about how online ordering works and what online technologies are capable of in terms of sales for local restaurant businesses. This is an ongoing improvement challenge: we’re part of a very dynamic industry so our product team moves fast.

The working schedule is ideal for people looking for a more flexible framework. Starting from 20:00, the usual work location for the first hours of your workdays is TechHub Bucharest (Universitate), but during the pandemic outbreak you may also work fully from home. In addition, every 4th weekend you’ll be able work fully from home (8 hours on Saturdays and 8 hours on Sundays) and get free weekdays in return at your convenience anytime during the future weekdays.
